Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,356 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK5, CLPX, and PCYT2. Each is linked with GPN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPN1-to-partner and partner-to-GPN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
