Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,849 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPAP1, EIF2B1, and UBE2O. Each is linked with GPN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPN1-to-partner and partner-to-GPN1 results are reported.
