Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPM6BP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GPM6BP3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher GPM6BP3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPM6BP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, UVM, and LIHC are the cancer types where GPM6BP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
