Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPM6BP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GPM6BP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher GPM6BP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPM6BP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

GBM and LGG are the cancer types where GPM6BP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
