GPKOW

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPKOW RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,000 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPKOW-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC22, TIMM17B, and ARAF. Each is linked with GPKOW in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPKOW-to-partner and partner-to-GPKOW results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPKOW versus CCDC22 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPKOW→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPKOW) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
