Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPHB5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPHB5 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher GPHB5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPHB5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, BLCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where GPHB5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
