Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPHB5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 388 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPHB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPLP1, RNU6-218P, and UBTFL7. Each is linked with GPHB5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPHB5-to-partner and partner-to-GPHB5 results are reported.
