GPHB5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPHB5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPHB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPVD1, SLC39A14, and NOVA1. Each is linked with GPHB5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPHB5-to-partner and partner-to-GPHB5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPVD1 grouped by GPHB5-low versus GPHB5-high in PANCREAS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPHB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPHB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
