GPER1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,253 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX15, OXSM, and CENPU. Each is linked with GPER1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPER1-to-partner and partner-to-GPER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX15 grouped by GPER1-low versus GPER1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
