GPD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,432 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM3, SMARCC2_T322, and TANC1. Each is linked with GPD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPD2-to-partner and partner-to-GPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPD2 versus MCM3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
