Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,117 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRA5, LINC01943, and RHBDD2. Each is linked with GPD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPD2-to-partner and partner-to-GPD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPD2 versus LILRA5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
