Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,834 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IARS2, ATP5F1A, and SPR. Each is linked with GPD2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPD2-to-partner and partner-to-GPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPD2 versus IARS2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
