Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,372 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P1, RNA5SP247, and JKAMPP1. Each is linked with GPD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPD2-to-partner and partner-to-GPD2 results are reported.
