Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,259 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Alditol catabolic process, Polyol catabolic process, and Telomere maintenance via recombination. Each is linked with GPD2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPD2-to-partner and partner-to-GPD2 results are reported.
