GPD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 503 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSN1S1, GCAT, and JOSD1. Each is linked with GPD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPD2-to-partner and partner-to-GPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSN1S1 grouped by GPD2-low versus GPD2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
