GPCPD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPCPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,652 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPCPD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPCPD1_S175, CCDC80, and DCHS1. Each is linked with GPCPD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPCPD1-to-partner and partner-to-GPCPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPCPD1 versus GPCPD1_S175 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPCPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPCPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
