GPCPD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPCPD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,336 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPCPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF4EP1, OSCAR, and SEC24D. Each is linked with GPCPD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPCPD1-to-partner and partner-to-GPCPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPCPD1 versus EIF4EP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPCPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPCPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
