GPC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,097 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5691, PPM1G, and PDCD2L. Each is linked with GPC6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPC6-to-partner and partner-to-GPC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
