GPC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, mTOR_pS2448, and PARP_cleaved. Each is linked with GPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPC1-to-partner and partner-to-GPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by GPC1-low versus GPC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
