Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPBP1L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPBP1L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Ku80, and Rab25. Each is linked with GPBP1L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPBP1L1-to-partner and partner-to-GPBP1L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by GPBP1L1-low versus GPBP1L1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPBP1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPBP1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
