Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPATCH4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPATCH4 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher GPATCH4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPATCH4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA are the cancer types where GPATCH4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
