Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPATCH4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,207 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPATCH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEK2, CENPL, and CCNB1. Each is linked with GPATCH4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPATCH4-to-partner and partner-to-GPATCH4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPATCH4 versus NEK2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPATCH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPATCH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
