GPATCH4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPATCH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 651 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPATCH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4769, OR11H3P, and MIR4287. Each is linked with GPATCH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPATCH4-to-partner and partner-to-GPATCH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4769 grouped by GPATCH4-low versus GPATCH4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPATCH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPATCH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
