Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPATCH3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPATCH3 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher GPATCH3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPATCH3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC and LUAD are the cancer types where GPATCH3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
