GPATCH3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPATCH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,407 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPATCH3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDC, ARID1A, and RPA1. Each is linked with GPATCH3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPATCH3-to-partner and partner-to-GPATCH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPATCH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPATCH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
