Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPATCH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,175 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPATCH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane, Positive regulation of organelle assembly, and Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with GPATCH2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPATCH2-to-partner and partner-to-GPATCH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane grouped by GPATCH2-low versus GPATCH2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
