GPATCH1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPATCH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,197 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPATCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF507, GINS1, and SCML2. Each is linked with GPATCH1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPATCH1-to-partner and partner-to-GPATCH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPATCH1 versus ZNF507 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPATCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPATCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
