GPAT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPAT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,330 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD99L2, SMUG1, and ZNF740. Each is linked with GPAT3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPAT3-to-partner and partner-to-GPAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPAT3 versus CD99L2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
