GPAT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 717 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MARCHF1, GIMAP7, and CACNG5. Each is linked with GPAT3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPAT3-to-partner and partner-to-GPAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MARCHF1 grouped by GPAT3-low versus GPAT3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
