GPAT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,412 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPAT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTAN1, SPTBN1, and SPTBN1_S257. Each is linked with GPAT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPAT2-to-partner and partner-to-GPAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
