The most reproducible GPAA1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intracellular pH elevation, Negative regulation of dendrite morphogenesis, and Cellular response to oxygen-glucose deprivation. Each is linked with GPAA1P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPAA1P1-to-partner and partner-to-GPAA1P1 results are reported.
