GPAA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPAA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPAA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, Annexin-1, and RBM15. Each is linked with GPAA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPAA1-to-partner and partner-to-GPAA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPAA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPAA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
