GPA33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPA33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,377 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPA33-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPA3P9, RNU6-88P, and TUBGCP5. Each is linked with GPA33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPA33-to-partner and partner-to-GPA33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPA3P9 grouped by GPA33-low versus GPA33-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPA33→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPA33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
