Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GP9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GP9 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher GP9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GP9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC are the cancer types where GP9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
