Across TCGA patient cohorts, GP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,033 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GP9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mesangial cell differentiation, Regulation of vascular permeability, and Negative regulation of Notch signaling pathway. Each is linked with GP9 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GP9-to-partner and partner-to-GP9 results are reported.
