Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GP9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,766 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFP36, CXCR1, and PPBP. Each is linked with GP9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GP9-to-partner and partner-to-GP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GP9 versus ZFP36 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→GP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
