Across TCGA cell cohorts, GP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 804 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GP9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Keratan sulfate proteoglycan metabolic process, Establishment of meiotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Regulation of collagen metabolic process. Each is linked with GP9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GP9-to-partner and partner-to-GP9 results are reported.
