GP1BA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GP1BA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,643 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GP1BA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of telomere maintenance, Negative regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with GP1BA in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GP1BA-to-partner and partner-to-GP1BA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GP1BA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GP1BA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
