GOSR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,431 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL34P3, MIR5787, and RNU6-728P. Each is linked with GOSR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOSR1-to-partner and partner-to-GOSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL34P3 grouped by GOSR1-low versus GOSR1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
