GORASP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GORASP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,209 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GORASP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6078, PHC2-AS1, and MRM3. Each is linked with GORASP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GORASP2-to-partner and partner-to-GORASP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6078 grouped by GORASP2-low versus GORASP2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GORASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GORASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
