GORASP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GORASP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,943 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GORASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA7, HELLS, and NCAPH. Each is linked with GORASP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GORASP1-to-partner and partner-to-GORASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GORASP1 versus CDCA7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GORASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GORASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
