GORASP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GORASP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 263 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GORASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-110P, MTND5P22, and SEPTIN1. Each is linked with GORASP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GORASP1-to-partner and partner-to-GORASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-110P grouped by GORASP1-low versus GORASP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GORASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GORASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
