GORASP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GORASP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GORASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIB4, GPR139, and ENPP7. Each is linked with GORASP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GORASP1-to-partner and partner-to-GORASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CIB4 grouped by GORASP1-low versus GORASP1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GORASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GORASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
