GOPC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GOPC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZ2, ECE2, and PPDPFL. Each is linked with GOPC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOPC-to-partner and partner-to-GOPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAZ2 grouped by GOPC-low versus GOPC-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
