GOPC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GOPC mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,558 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RALGAPA2, WDR55, and PLEKHA7. Each is linked with GOPC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOPC-to-partner and partner-to-GOPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RALGAPA2 grouped by GOPC-low versus GOPC-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
