Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GON7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GON7 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher GON7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GON7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD are the cancer types where GON7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
