GON7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GON7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,447 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GON7-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBR7, KIAA0586, and RPS6KA5. Each is linked with GON7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GON7-to-partner and partner-to-GON7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GON7 versus UBR7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GON7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GON7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
