GON7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GON7 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GON7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tcm, CD8+ Tem, and CD4+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with GON7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GON7-to-partner and partner-to-GON7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ Tcm grouped by GON7-low versus GON7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GON7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GON7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
