Across TCGA cell cohorts, GON7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,777 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GON7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA threonylcarbamoyladenosine modification, Maintenance of translational fidelity, and Positive regulation of ERK1 and ERK2 cascade. Each is linked with GON7 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GON7-to-partner and partner-to-GON7 results are reported.
