GOLPH3L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLPH3L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,477 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLPH3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4P2, GNAT2, and IGHV3OR16-6. Each is linked with GOLPH3L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLPH3L-to-partner and partner-to-GOLPH3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATF4P2 grouped by GOLPH3L-low versus GOLPH3L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLPH3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLPH3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
